As we work together to resolve the root cause for your back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, or other pain issues, Dr. Kilian will use both traditional chiropractic care methods with hands-on manipulation and newer instrument-based techniques to achieve ultimate wellness results. Dr. Kilian works to isolate the source of your pain to heal injuries, but also to prevent future injury and pain from occurring.

A successful transition into healthy living begins with education. Understanding how posture and proper back exercises can really make a difference in your whole body is the key to continued wellness. At Kilian Chiropractic, we offer a range of seminars to help broaden your understanding of what it means to eat, think, move, and live well. Dr. Kilian will also prescribe specific back and neck exercises to increase your strength, your resistance to injury, and your ability to recover from injury faster.

Did you know that many of the aches and pains in the human body can be traced to an imbalance in the spinal column? Your spinal column is connected to nearly every area of your body through an expansive network of nerves. If you have headaches and migraines, sciatica, neck pain, back pain, a herniated disc in your neck or back, or some other type of trouble like tingling or numbness in the extremities of your body, it can often be traced to an issue with your spine. Chiropractic care can be used for total wellness of your body in all of these areas, and we strongly believe in correcting the issues before they develop into chronic or recurring pain. You can be assured that we plan to help you heal in the holistic way - no harmful or invasive methods. We're here to help our patients’ bodies heal themselves!
